The ritual begins with a warm exfoliation that softens and refines the skin, sweeping away roughness and preparing every surface for what follows. A rich, deeply moisturizing treatment is worked into the hands and forearms while an invigorating foot and calf scrub sweeps away roughness and awakens the lower legs. Your therapist then moves into an extended manual massage, releasing tension through the muscles of the lower legs and feet as well as the hands and forearms, before wrapping each in a soothing cocoon wrap to seal in moisture and extend the sense of ease. You will leave with skin remarkably softened, circulation renewed, and every extremity from fingertip to toe touched by a truly restorative calm.

This fifty minute treatment begins with a warm exfoliation that softens and refines the skin of the hands, forearms, and feet. A rich, deeply moisturizing treatment is worked into the hands and forearms while a soothing hydrotherapy soak relaxes the feet. Your therapist then moves into an extended manual massage of the lower legs, feet, hands, and forearms, finishing with gentle thermotherapy wraps that seal in moisture and extend the sense of ease.
This is a treatment focused entirely on relaxation, skin softening, and massage rather than nail grooming. There is no cutting, shaping, or polishing of the nails. Instead, the time is devoted to exfoliation, deep hydration, and an extended massage of the hands, forearms, lower legs, and feet, leaving your skin renewed and your muscles at ease.
Sole Serenity is a complete fifty minute treatment on its own, and it also pairs beautifully with any of our therapeutic or specialty massages for a fuller experience. Simply mention your preference when booking and we will build it into your appointment.
